1. When will my order be shipped?

Orders take up to 2-3 business days to be processed in our system. Once your order is processed and ready to ship, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details.

Please Note: Orders placed Monday-Friday before 11 AM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and usually ship within 1-2 business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 11 AM EST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 11 AM EST will begin processing on the following Monday. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for order verification. We do not offer Saturday delivery. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS*

2. How can I track my order?

Once you have placed your order, you will be receiving an email confirmation stating that your order has been received. Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details.

3. When should I expect my Pre-Order items?
Refer to the estimated ship date noted within the item description. Please Note: Pre-order shipping dates are for estimation purposes only; items may ship before or after the estimated shipping date.
4. Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes and cancellations should be requested within 24 hours of your order being placed. Please note as some orders may process quickly, changes are not guaranteed. We encourage verifying all details of your order before submitting. EgoSwim is not liable for incomplete or incorrect addresses after an order is placed.

 

 5. Do you have a sizing chart?

Our size guide is linked to every swimsuit and can be found in the product details. You can use this to help you determine the appropriate size for your order. Please keep in mind that sizing and cut will vary between different styles. Please contact us via email at help@egoswim.com if you need additional assistance choosing your correct size.  

 

6. Which payment methods do you accept? 

We accept the following payments: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and AfterPay. 
 7. Do you ship outside of the United States? 
Yes, international shipping is available.

 

8. What should I do if I have not received my package, but tracking shows delivered?
Oh no! If your package shows “DELIVERED” however, you have not received it you should reach out to the carrier immediately. They will assist you opening a lost package claim and conduct the investigation on their end. All claims must be submitted by the customer/receiver as EgoSwim is not responsible once your shipment has left the facility.
9. What happens if my package was returned to sender?
If your package has been returned by the carrier due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will reach out to you for address verification. If we do not hear back within 3 business days your order will refunded. 
If we have to reship your item(s) you will receive an invoice to cover shipping fees prior to your order being reshipped. 

10. Do you offer price adjustments?
EgoSwim currently does not offer price adjustments on any items.
