PRE-ORDER SHIPPING
If there is a pre-order item in your order along with other in stock styles, all items will ship together at the estimated ship date.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
In the event a package shows "DELIVERED" but has not been received, the customer should submit a claim with the designated carrier for an investigation to be conducted.
Additionally, EgoSwim is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments once the package has left our facility. Please reach out to the shipping carrier directly.
REFUNDS
EgoSwim does NOT offer refunds.
EXCHANGES
We only accept eligible exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
If you would like to exchange your item, please place a new order on our site prior to returning your original. To receive a return authorization for your original order or for assistance placing your new order, please email us at help@egoswim.com
Please note: Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
Your new item(s) will not be shipped until we receive the returned item(s) within 7 days as previously stated. After 7 days, we will not accept this exchange. Once shipped within the noted time frame, please be sure to email us with your return tracking number.
Exchanges will only be accepted and are considered eligible under the following conditions:
- Item(s) must be returned in original, unworn, and new condition with tags and hygiene seals still attached.
- Item(s) must NOT have been washed or altered.
-Item(s) must NOT have any stains (i.e. food or makeup)
- Shipping fees for orders or exchanges are non-refundable.
We will be unable to accommodate any exchanges for item(s) that do not meet the above criteria.
Exchanges will be processed within 2 days after we have received your returned item(s).
